Knit it loosely by itself for sexy, sheer effects on a US #8, or on a #3 for opaque stockinette; make gossamer-light shawls with a #4 or strand it with a heavier wool to add fuzz to simple scarves; what isn't this stuff good for? 70% superfine kid mohair and 30% silk, 229 yards in each 25-gram ball (that's less than an ounce!)

Patterns Featuring KidSilk Haze
April Project of the Month
Vladivostock Stole

This is a simple and delicate stole inspired
by the more complex Russian Orenberg lace
shawls. The city of Vladivostock is located
in the far east of Russia, north of the Sea
of Japan. It is an interesting crossroads
of culture, very cold and with negative
population growth. I thought it deserved
a little attention.
This stole uses 4 balls of Rowan Kidsilk Haze, shown in 640 Glacier.
