This just in: Manos Cotton Stria, a hand-dyed cotton from the people at Manos del Uruguay. It's softly spun (technically a wrapped roving), and kettle-dyed to a more subtle stonewashed look than the Manos wool. 116 yards per 50-gram hank; suggested gauge 4.5 sts per inch on about US #4 - #6 needles. $8.50 per skein plus $.75 shipping.
